Just to make it clear my strategy is kinda abusing the foward skip, start at 900pm cast out 4 heavy bottoms, catch 2-3 sturgeon, jump on my boat so I dont have to reel in my extra lines, hop back on shore skip 2 hours, repeat. As i was fishing with different lures and equipments i was mad when i saw something. Again unless I'm missing something point it out, or is this the most efficient way? The more green arrows the more you get for the fish. Id expect it to be very thin at the high end and very fat at the low end. When you catch a fish, you should see these arrows that are either red or green. and cash than the person fishing those same fish with gear rated for 8 pound fish. Unless I'm missing something I figured you can constantly get xp with no waiting around for bites etc, I know you get way more xp and cash for unique carp and such but there's the cooldown timer that messes that strategy up. In other words, if you are catching fish that average 10 pounds on gear rated for 20 pound fish, you will get much less exp. Call me crazy but after testing stuff out I feel like sturgeon at cali is still the best way to go(I just got to 55 so no south america yet). So after watching videos and reading guides for the best spot to grind, I've been wondering how fish respawn time and hourly catch limits work in different places.
